Deliveries & Returns

The delivery promise for every product is clearly indicated.

Normal Delivery is within 5 working days, however larger volume products may take up to 10 working days.

EXPRESS DELIVERY: Maintenance, tools, packaging products – the products where you would expect to have FAST DELIVERY will arrive within a maximum of 2 working days. Look out for the 2 day logo when ordering.

In the unlikely event that we cannot meet our delivery commitment, we will always contact you and offer alternative products or service.

All of our products are delivered with highly reputable transport companies, and we guarantee an efficient and courteous service.

Note: We only deliver to ground floor locations within your premises.

Whilst we do charge delivery for our products - we have managed to secure very competitive delivery tariffs for our customers.

* Note: Our transport charges are for the UK mainland only and excludes Highlands & Islands. Naturally we can ship goods anywhere within the British Isles, and we will contact you shortly after placing your order - should a surcharge apply for your delivery. (if the delivery point is not on the UK mainland or Northern Areas of Scotland).

Returns: what happens if you have a problem with a product? 

• Any product that is faulty in any way will be replaced immediately
• Any product that is damaged – just let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we will rectify the problem
• Incorrectly ordered? We will rectify the problem, however you will need to return the product at your cost, and there may be a handling charge. The product must be returned in its original packaging
• All products are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase
